Local Real Estate Company Announces Relocation

The new office, located near the intersection of Blairs Ferry and Miller Road in Hiawatha, gives the 6-year-old company with more than 40 years of real estate experience, more flexibility in serving clients, according to co-owner Teri Graf.

“Being located in a rapidly-growing area puts us in a better position to respond quickly and efficiently to the people we serve,” Graf said. “We have had such a positive response to our guarantee buy program that we wanted a more visible location.”

A grand-opening and ribbon-cutting is planned for December 21 from 3 to 7 pm at the new office at 2252 Blairs Ferry Road.

Graf Home Selling Team & Associates currently has 11 licensed real estate agents and two licensed assistants, but Graf noted that there are plans to expand the business.  American Escrow, owned by Julie Recker, is also accompanying the Graf Team in the move.
